Problem
Existing payroll systems are complex, inconsistent, and prone to human error.
Calculations are mostly manual, data is fragmented, and managers struggle to understand results.
Key pain points:
- Manual calculations lead to errors, especially with bonuses and historical data.
- Different systems across authorities cause inconsistencies.
- Tracking historical salaries and changes is difficult.
"It is difficult for ordinary managers to understand"
Market Research
Most solutions offer partial payroll calculations but lack full automation or intuitive interfaces.
They fail to handle complex roles, bonuses, and historical data effectively.
Is there such a system on the market?
There are various systems and applications on the market that offer partial solutions for calculating salaries in local authorities, but most of them are not based on full automation or are not adapted to the complexity of roles at different levels with varying salary increments. Most of the existing systems do not include an intuitive interface, and they rely mainly on manual calculations or partial data structures.
Users & Use Case
